Status Updates From To Take A Soul

So here is my 50% update. I'm enjoying Adam's chapters more because they seem more put together and easy to follow. Maya's chapters are all over the place, and I'm not enjoying her inner thoughts. Some places feel rushed while others paint a perfect scene. I'm enjoying it at times, and other times, I'm trying to figure out how we got here. I see the idea and plot, but it feels like it wasn't completely fleshed out.

Good start, could definitely do with another edit and there is a lot of telling instead of showing but I like the concept! I'm getting The Vampire Diaries vibe with the way the first few chapters have panned out!
