Absurdly hard to find, but I couldn't be happier.

Chapter 2: Shows how justice as a concept isn't timeless; dependent on culture and society. Because of this, there are no innate or natural laws about what punishment (retributive justice) should consist of - eg. punishment that murderers received varied vastly throughout history/culture (from capital punishment to handing over their children, slaves, etc). Impossible to determind what someone "deserves".

Chapter 1: Kaufmann outlines 10 strategies used by "decidophobes" (those who fear autonomy) to avoid making decisions - including religion, schools of thought (frameworks for thinking), drifting (following impulse), moral relativism (placing reason above all), etc. Humans, who both crave and fear autonomy, must engage in uninhibited self-criticism and master their decidophobia in order to be truly free.
