I feel like this book triggers me. Or maybe I just don’t want to hear my life experience repeated back to me. Perhaps if this is my mental state, I shouldn’t be reading? But I need tips on coping. *sigh*

I wonder how many times someone newly diagnosed with ADHD thinks “Man, I really do have ADHD.” when reading material like this. 😞
