Been seeing this on booksta for a long time! Apparently it has Stranger Things vibes so I'm super excited 😄

This is going in a Little Free Library when I'm done. I'm not taking up space on my shelf, small as this book may be.

This is really weirdly written but I honestly can’t tell, since I mostly read American books (or American versions of books) whether it’s British writing or poor editing. Weird words, commas where there should be periods, etc.

enjoying it!! the main characters are fourteen, though they read a little younger to me (this could be bc I’m 8 years removed from being fourteen). since they read younger and the plot moves at a clipped pace, this reads like a very fun middle grade book. love a good middle grade mystery bc it reminds me of being a kid making up stories in my backyard. the characters are delightfully hilarious.
