Status Updates From The Champions (The Cheerlea...

I appreciate what the author is trying to do here but there's a whole lot of nothing happening. I still enjoy it but looking back at the first half of the book I'm like "Wait a minute, what even really happened so far?"

see the thing about this book and the one before it (the cheerleaders), is that the answers are just being received too easily. i mean, the main character never does anything like ”insane” whatsoever in an attempt to figure out what’s happening. they just receive answers on a silver platter, like some person just tells them. also, it lacks a good character building. the plot is still good though.
