i don’t wanna jinx it but this is shaping up to be my absolute favorite thriller ever, simply because the writing style is above average. I’m soooo used to cheap, badly written thrillers that i genuinely forgot reading a thriller doesn’t automatically mean settling for lackluster prose and shitty, flat characters. good thrillers exist i just have to look reeeeaaaalllyyyyy hard to find them

I got up to chapter 26. Pg 622. The book is due and Libby returned it. It’s on a waitlist. I placed a hold. Hopefully, I get it back and can finish it. I was two chapters from completing it.
