So far, this is a surprisingly hard read. Themes of misogyny and past trauma are obvious enough (too obvious, in my opinion). We get it, you're the only girl in the department. In my opinion, this could and should've been tackled with more nuance and subtlety. Honestly, feels like I'm being spoon-fed.
