So far this is reminding a bit of my all time favorite book Charlotte Bronte's Jane Eyre. Poor mistreated orphaned girl whose mother figure casts her off, at age 18 the lead finds herself caretaker of a beautiful house given over to her by the former caretaker (a nice older woman) the young girl beehives infacuated with the rich owner....
Not too much unlike Jane Eyre, so far I'm looking this book! :)
