Status Updates From The Other

I had to switch from audio to Kindle to follow this. I ended up restarting completely and am caught up to where I was. It wasn't lack of attention, the prose is *meandering*. Reviews claim the second half of the book is much better, so fingers crossed. I've invested too much effort to DNF.

It's getting weird... really enjoying it now.

Listened while on a run, one of the upcoming twists was obvious within the first 20 minutes (I'm confident). But I think it might be more about the whys versus the twist itself, so I'm still interested.
