(((Sigh))) I can't help but thinking 1. They would do better to just let the women run everything, 2. Why do fantasy books consistently put women in long, flowing, cumbersome dresses with restrictive corsets/necklines and impractical silk fabrics? Just so they can tear the hems in the woods.
