The dry humor is killing me, it’s amusing when you can catch it but it’s so dry it just gets stuck to the bottom of your shoe…

The fact that they only jump solo on their first jump and forever afterwards you have partners makes absolutely zero-to-no damn sense to me whatsofuckingever… plot device? Probably.
But please make it a smart plot device 🤦🏻‍♀️

Is this book enjoyable? Yes. But it’s one of those, I can get pissy and laugh at the ridiculousness of it enjoyable types…

There are only 18 chapters in this book because those 18 are so freakin long… they should all be split in halves… or threes..!

I’m at 57%.
I think this is probably where I stopped last time too. I really enjoyed the premise and parts of the first half. I enjoy the characters….but now it does feel a bit too much like the title indicates.

I got to the point where the protagonist is witnessing dinosaurs being tortured & *repeatedly* killed by people from the future alongside different time tourists

this book is one of the weirdest things I’ve read
