Status Updates From Wednesdaymeter

It's confusing and then not confusing but extremely gripping. I'm not entirely sure if it's one of the best books I have read in a long time or not...

We decided a few days ago I'd not continue reading this, the writing was great, but I just couldn't connect.

I hope others have more luck

Emailed the author, I feel too lost, need to decide with him if I continue with some hints from him or stop reading so I don't give him a bad review

Writing itself is flawless, for some reason I'm just not connecting

Not sure what to make of this book, in places it reads like the passages of Neil Gaiman's books where you are eating it up but confused.

That's the problem, at this stage I should understand the magic system far better than I do. Or where the plot is going for that matter

I think I will have to break this one up with short stories so I don't go mad

Weird but intriguing! And so far oh so recognizable from my own middle management position. Don't know yet if I should or shouldn't make my colleagues read it... Depends on how it'll develop!
