Not what I was expecting, but oh so good.

the sensation is overwhelming - no pain, only the feeling of moving, as if we’re being woven into the very essence of our shared destiny.

i lace my fingers through his. ‘it’s fine,’ i murmur. ‘we’re past pretending, aren’t we?’
he doesn’t answer. but he doesn’t move away either.

he leans in, and when our lips meet, the world falls away. kissing lucien is like kissing the night sky itself - dark and endless, pulling me in with the gravity of a thousand stars.

the space between us feels like it’s shrinking. i have to remind myself to breathe. my thoughts swirl - tangled in danger, in doubt, in everything i’ve been trying not to feel.

‘you’re making a mistake,’ i whisper, but his slow smirk tells me he’s already made up his mind.
‘then let me make it,’ he murmurs, leaning in closer, his breath warm against my skin.

i breathe her in - stardust and danger - and something i didn’t know i was missing.

i’m not supposed to feel anything for him. but the way he says my name… it makes me want to ruin him. or save him. i don’t know which would be worse.

sometimes the hardest part isn’t being alone - it’s knowing that even when you’re surrounded by others, you still feel invisible.
it’s been that way as long as i can remember. being no one, with no name - just a shadow in the corners, always blending into the background.

the nameless - that’s what they called is after stealing our names, our pasts, and our lives.
