Status Updates From An Awfully Big Adventure

Rather a boring book about people working in a theatre. I thought Beryl Bainbridge would be a better writer.

Very interesting/amusing cast of characters in this repertory theater in post-war England … Beryl definitely does jump from scene to scene in her writing, which is at times confusing (especially without page breaks to indicate this shift) but I am too enthralled by her prose to mind. ♥️
