Nothing kills a book faster than the Hero thinking about having sex with the OW and what he enjoyed about it WHILE he's having sex with the heroine AND the heroine can read his thoughts, yet she doesn't even stop or confront him! She even thinks "I know I should tell him to fuck off, buuuuut..." This isn't doormat, this is desperation. Yuck!
