Status Updates From Sind Flüsse Lebewesen?

The last chapter rubs me the wrong way. Too much esoteric “Feel the river and let it transform you” for my taste. Also, seriously. Hydro-electricity versus the “life” of a river? I feel the pain of the people for whom the river is sacred and part of their heritage, but what is the alternative? More coal power plants? Electricity needs to be generated somewhere and NIMBY doesn’t cut it here. Short-sighted.
