Really now. Am I to believe the protagonist, who is in deep medical debt, lost her only living relative to a fire, has spent her whole life frequently moving around and loving that lifestyle is balking at the idea that she might have to move to Louisiana for a little while to inherit a house???

It only took until halfway through the book, but now we’re finally getting somewhere interesting 😑
