Um, I thought I had figured this out...now I'm confused again.😂 We shall see if I ever can make heads of tails of this.🤣

Getting good...I feel like Emmett from the Lego movie. "Okay, I think I got it, but just in case say it all again I wasn't listening."😂

Okay....somethings are starting to make sense now. And I like Cal...so I'm sticking around for now.🤣

Why do I keep getting dropped into the middle of complex worlds, I don't understand? What happened to slowly introducing things so your reader isn't confused? XD

I'm gonna keep going, hopefully it'll make sense eventually.

My enjoyment of this book is dropping with each page. It just...isn't what I was hoping for from what I heard of the premise. Which is likely on me, I'll be the first to admit. Maybe my dad and brother would like it.

My head be spinning. This concept is beyond me, lol.

I almost don't know what I'm reading anymore. It's good, but kinda confusing. Too many unanswered questions right now, and not enough detail on what HAS happened. Like, I thought A's friend did himself in, but he...didn't? From the POVs of three secondary characters, this story is definitely... different.

Hm. That was...unexpected.

That's the downside of not knowing much about a book before reading: you're often taken by surprise, and not all of them are welcome?

(Noting a couple of content/trigger warnings for sensitive readers: drinking/drunkenness, suicide, and apparent insanity-but it's...not?)

I believe I’m as confused and concerned as the main character right now so at least I’m not the only one. 😂

Other than skimming the blurb for this story, I have no idea what to expect! Looking forward to exploring this tale… 🤩
