Slightly incorrect medical understanding of the consequences and need for an EpiPen buy a medical doctor, but we must suspend our disbelief.

Page two Armenian mafia mentioned. Please tell me this is poking fun at stereotypes and not an actual plot point.

Page two and we have a “Parev Ani jan” already. Too cute.

And now we are heading into the Queer (authors term in text in this part of the book repeatedly) part of the book. Kind of disappointed that it wasn’t mentioned in any blurbs prior to getting this book that it would be a predominant theme (atleast in this section it is). Especially when it’s coming across forced and almost like boxes needed to be checked.

The names are killing me..Ani, Kami (read as Comie)Talee, and a friend Lala. I think it’s because I’m listening to an audiobook. They sound so similar and it’s kind of distracting.
