3.5 - concept is appreciated. Well supported info about the importance of decreasing processed everything and getting back to the basics - food, exercise, sleep, and nature.
Lots of molecular information that may not be appreciated by a non medical person. Felt like I was being told to change so many things that I actually laughed out loud a couple times due to the impracticality of doing all.
