This book drew me in within the first chapter!!! Yessssss!! I missed having a good thriller to read

Part 2- I may have missed it but who actually killed Zoe?! The person going after them in Venice was a loan shark. Kinda not needed really. Obvious the sister was gonna do anything when she found out. No one would if they are close. That last part was so longed out! The mum France plotline was super pointless. Why talk about the dude if he’s not part of it?!

Just wanted to add details. When the event happens I immediately thought it was the sister attacked just didn’t know how. Too convienant give. Alice at the whole thing up. Assumed dv or hiding true character as children that young don’t lie. Saw so many red herrings. The missing baby being Bonnie was obvious. It annoyed me when she said that holly was the baby in the garden. Be so for real- part 1

I’m a little disappointed with this one. Maybe because I read two back to back but it was so obvious from the start what was happening and even why. It felt like it took a while for the characters to get there, I guess I like less obvious twists. Still great writing and an enjoyable story. The end dragged a little though. I’m going to give this a 3
