Status Updates From Ancient Blood (Warhammer)

Pretty good. Dragged on at certain points, but overall I enjoyed it. Ushoran appeared only briefly but nonetheless it was enjoyable to see him still kicking. The Strigany characters were great too. They may just be fantasy gypsies but they have their own flavor to them.

Kind of a slow read but it’s interesting nonetheless. The Strigoi cameo earlier was cool and the implication that Ushoran continues to live...interesting.

Wow this took a dark turn very quickly. It is Warhammer but still. I was disappointed originally but now I’m intrigued on how this story will go.

Well sadly this book is not about Ushoran and his Strigoi Bloodline as I expected due to the cover with the Strigoi King himself. But even so, maybe it will be a decent novel. Can’t say yet.
