Wow what a book! Can’t wait to write my proper review. The wedding was the cherry on top, I adored this.

Love the feud sex, Warren is such a sweetheart too it is ADORABLE. Also how did Brigid not clock it, I know she’s drunk but damn girl you are blind.

I love that Carys finally confided in Dolly. One of the chapters was a disengaging for me so I skim read it.

The drama is getting very heated, it is MESSY. Greys Anatomy level messy. Dolly telling the producers about David is so sweet, finding her an accommodation to calm down a bit despite their fight and the fact no one knows about Carys’ autism. Made me smile.

There was a gay drought and now we’re drowning in thirst…

And now Carys is starting her villain arc. She feels unstoppable, I am scared lol.

Needed to stop midway through reading to write this. CARYS REALISING SHE HAS THE GAYS? then puking. So real, so me. I’m chuckling so hard to myself. (It’s 5:30 am)

I think that Warren would be really good for Dolly— if she wasn’t a lesbian that is lol. On another note, I think Carys is starting to realise that she feels different towards Dolly. Her perception of social norms, assuming people are born knowing they’re gay basically shows why she doesn’t realise she likes women too, which is interesting. I love the endometriosis rep.

Really enjoying it so far, see a spark flying between Dolly and Carys but I also like how Patrick acted for his first date with Carys. I hope he finds someone else and doesn’t become the villain.

It’s quite good! It took me a moment to get used to the writing style, especially the internal monologues since it’s been a bit since I read a first person perspective book, but it’s growing on me.

The final line to chapter two where Dolly thinks ‘The only problem is that I’ve always had a thing for redheads.’ makes me excited to read more and see where Carys and Dolly end up.
