Status Updates From I Contain Multitudes

“I suppose,” he said,”that solitude is something that one gets used to over time. If that time is long enough, you come to expect it, and you stop looking for the alternatives. It becomes familiar, maybe even a little pleasant sometimes.”
“It sounds nice,” she said.“The familiar part, I mean.”
He considered this. “Well familiarity can be a kind of trap, I suppose. Even if it is a comforting one.”

Great so far: fast paced and unrelenting, very visual too, with endearing or straight up frightening characters... I have so many questions, I hope this is not 'all premises and no resolution'. We shall see. Thoroughly enjoying it meanwhile, in any case!
