Status Updates From Fable For the End of the World

I’m picturing the paintings Anguish and The Orphan by August Friedrich Schenck and it is twisting my gut.

Ok, so, I don’t know why but I was under the impression that Inesa was going to have some kind of sneaky survival skills. I can’t count on both hands how many times someone has said “Inesa, RUN!” while she just stands there quite literally like a deer in the headlights.
