I have so many things to say and very few are good.
The Romeo and Juliet-esque nature of this is weak. So paltry that I can’t even root for whatever it is they think is yearning or love.
For a novella, the plot lines are too scattered. It kept giving someone that starts on a train of thought and abandons it for another, leaving everything half baked.
There are so many things that should be explored deeper. Ugh

I’m so uninterested in what’s going to happen next.
I remember adding this to my TBR because they said it gave fairytale vibes. I must have expected The Summer War kind of aura. But the writing of this book.
Especially the writing. I never thought I was as particular until I read my hundredth compound verb/noun😒 (flith-crusted, wolf-bright, pain-hot) I mean, come on!
