Time for a reread of this

So far it feels like Eraserhead and Junky had an extremely abstract heist movie baby plagued by characters who seem to be barely bound to the present and eachother by way of intoxication and horse racing. Time and space seem to be foggy and fluid with a nice helping of German blitzkrieg fire from above. Maybe I’m just alienated by the slang and lingo of the time but what the hell???? Dirty shoes with soles missing.
