Status Updates From Tell Me I'm Not Dreaming

We’re now into the third love story and I’ve gotta say it’s been really good so far.

The last story with Aimee and Patrick was an absolute trope fest. We had both the second chance and single dad trope all in one.

I’m just waiting to see if Fisher includes anymore tropes, a little brothers-best-friend or forced proximity would be the cherry on top.

This book starts off with a ‘Girls Trip’ meets ‘Girlfriends’ trip to New Orleans to celebrate the new year. Each of the four best friends receive a Tarot reading that declares each will find love. What follows is four sections of the book dedicated to each woman and her love interest.

So far I’m liking the Dual POV perspective and I also love that the FMCs are in their forties, it’s refreshing.
