Solid 4 star on entertainment alone. Rounded down to 3 due to cringiness and crazy mother/ murder side plot. I’ve enjoyed this.

I cannot believe this book has the drama of an attempted murder and a near death experience. How did we get here fogosake?!?!

This third act mother drama has been silly. It’s diluted the enjoyment of this book. Looking forward to ending this soon.

I have a 75% wall with most books I read where if I'm enjoying it, I take a break around this time because I'm sad to see it go. Lol. This has been a fun book. I think it's about to get wacky, but otherwise, not too bad.

I’ve acclimatized to the corniness and cringeyness and I’m just enjoying what is a generally okay story. I think this is a fairly good 3 star read. It’s held my attention quite well.

Given what the author is trying to say about the progression of their relationship, this book would have benefited from time jumps, even if it was weeks. All these confessioning after 3 days on the job plus one procured sexual encounter (and another while on the job) is a bit much. Madam CEO is waxing way too poetic given how long she's known this nanny. Let's all calm down please.

Hit the half way mark. Gave in and skimmed the rest of the book. It gets even wilder as it goes on. Jesus.

I can’t lie, the emotional parts of this book are compelling. The relationship with younger people and how it affects the MCs is a highlight. I can’t believe this cringe author is hitting it right outta the park.

Ma’am. It’s an invasion of privacy. The level of workplace harassment going on in this book. We need Title 9 involved. Or something!
