So if I don’t finish this before my library loan expires, I won’t bother. So far every recipe is “improved” by adding extra dairy somehow and we have a dairy allergy to accommodate. Not one recipe has attempted to do with less dairy or to sub a plant based alternative. And she keeps making weird comments in the directions like “like the spatula is a pilot taking a plane just off course.”
