Main issue: tone and character voices. Both main characters are 20–21 years old, but they read significantly younger. And that’s not something I was expecting when marketing describes it as spicy romance. Not a formal DNF. More accurately, a pause.
I haven't ruled out returning to it later, but right now the biggest obstacle is that the tone and character voices don't align for me right now.
