I'm confused. I thought Tom Raines was another alias not the guys actual name.
Also did Ben tell Eric about Maine and I missed it.
Plus, shouldn't Ben tell the cops about the knife they missed when they processed the scene and the fact that someone has tried to break into the dead man's car.

I can't believe the police didn't notice a knife under the dead man's pillow!
