This book is improving and I'm really enjoying it now, I now realise that the reason she's so dislikeable at the start is so we can see her attitude change as she is influenced by the characters she meets. I love Oscar the owl ... (Beebee - don't tell him I called him that)

Not liking the main protagonist, such a whiny, ungrateful, dislikeable person.

So far I'm disliking the main character so much, I'm unsure about continuing. She is such a whiny, complaining, rude individual I can't warm to. I don't mind complex, unreliable characters but she is just a pain!
