Status Updates From Der Mythos des Sisyphos

Camus writes about the absurd and its links with suicide. It is dense and difficult to understand, but I think Camus is writing that thinking and doubting and trying to understand inevitably invokes the absurd, which is the way to suicide. Seeing a tree and knowing it is a tree is okay, but thinking about the science of what a tree is isn’t, as that invokes the absurd (we can’t see the atoms). Interesting.
