5/18 The Broccoli Eel by Michel Faber
Again not too sure what to make of this. The tension was there and very uncanny vibes but I don’t think the tension was built strongly enough.

6/18 Sketchy by Lewis Hancox
Was surprised to see a comic style short story but I only really like written horror not so much visual

4/18 - Daisies by Mariana Enríquez
This didn’t really give horror vibes for me. No tension was built and it wasn’t really uncomfortable/scary. A lil bit boring. Love some gay rep tho!

3/18 - The Fruiting Body by Bridget Collins
I love it, in a horror story, when think the threat is one supernatural thing but it’s actually another in-real-life thing! A haunting metaphor for abusive relationships!

2/18 - Flight 2212 by J K Chukwu
This was really disturbing in a good way! It was confusing while also revealing parts of the story gradually to build tension. The descriptions were so gory and the whole idea was very creative for only a 10 page story!

1/18 - Fight, Flight, Freeze by Susan Baker
Very unnerving; the tension literally got me spooked! The descriptions were very surreal I liked it! I think the ending could’ve been better.
