And not just because we immediately get that juxtaposed with the Leviticus 18 section about the Canaanites being unworthy of their land and god having the land literally throw them out to make way for the Israelites

The cosmic violence and gods favor portions aren’t my strong suit so it was insightful to dig into gods wrath like striking down King Herod
It is definitely helpful to be able to pull the Canaanite and Flood sections selected because they do represent both gods favor hurting marginalized people but also the covenant in the rainbow post flood
