"Coconut milk is the thickest plant-based milk and it is easy available. I usually just buy cans of it and mix it with water to thin out the consistency and make it last longer. I combine a 14 oz can of coconut milk with a can's worth of filtered water, and use a stick blender to get rid of any clumps."

OMG, this is GENIUS. It never occurred to me to dilute coconut milk w/ water to thin it out! A $ saver, too!
