It's about honesty. To be honest with yourself, to be honest with others, to be honest when it is uncomfortable, to be honest when it's hard. It's through honesty that you can engage and grow.

Some of the best ideas come from some of the most unlikely people. It's just wise to hear people out. It's even wiser to make them know they matter. When people believe what they do and say matters, the best comes out of them.

p213. Keeping in line with my vision of full recovery while taking action was exactly what I needed to heal. Healing like success comes slowly and gradually.

p199. To have resilience in facing a challenge, 2 conditions need to be met. 1 you have to embrace challenges with the belief that you can grow through them
