Status Updates From Na czworakach

I have to question what makes a novel a finalist for a prestigious award and what makes it impossible for me to connect to the protagonist in this one. I don’t care to finish after 25%. Maybe it gets better but I’m all good reading the inner thoughts of the self indulgent, dishonest and mentally destructive.

And the motel? Come the fuck on.

Nobody warned me of the existential fatigue this book contains!!!! She sounded sooooo tired of everything, and I’m almost sedated by her resignation from life…
