Did Not finish.
The prose is very serious and I needed a little bit of a break. Some part of the combination of knowing how things go, a lull in the action, and misplacing the book for a week really took me out of the story.

I truly despise this book. It’s gotten to the point where I want to throw the book across the room. Why is the main character so incredibly weak and whole heartedly not a feminist. To call this book a feminist retelling of Macbeth is to not understand what feminism is. The author paints a painfully stupid main character under the guise that eventually she will somehow become clever.I wish I could unread this book.
