I tweaked my knee this past Friday at the yard sale and it has taken till today to actually feel much better. Cold packs, freeze spray, Aspercream and Tylenol is.was used daily.
Thankfully I had this book to enjoy and take my mind away.

Ms Holden was an illustrator and art teacher who had a keen eye for nature.
Her studies of plants mostly and birds and insects are reflected in her capture of quiet beauty of the seasons. She would spend hours outside sketching and studying to ensure that her work was realistic as possible.
