UGH!!! She did not just say that!! Someone hold me back! If you hate homophobia this book is not for you. Because aside of the gay MCs literally everyone in this book is homophobic af. I can't... I'm so close to the ending, though.

And this is the reason I just can't with them. Stitch is such a red flag... and Zak is... I honestly dunno what he is... calling him out on his bad behaviour but never following through with consequences. >_< I honestly dunno how this book is going to end. Not good judging by the looks of it.

WTH? Crystal is a piece of work! No wonder Stitch's internalized homophobia is so strong. With friends & an ex-wife like that you don't need any enemies.

Also, sadly this is no longer a buddy read because Caroline couldn't with the internalized homophobia. (which I totally understand!) I'll fight through this, though. Wish me luck!

Tell him, Zak! And if you're already at it stay the course cause this isn't going to get any better if you don't follow through.

For the first time Zak saw real confusion on Stitch's face. "But you're a - you're gay, you said it yourself." Zak eyed him, startled. This guy had no idea how the world worked, apparently.

Totally with Zak here, I mean WTH?! Good lord, if he doesn't see the error of his ways he's going to be quite a piece of work. >_<

"You not afraid to talk to a devil?" Stitch looked into Zak's eyes.
"Nah, the devil's fair. It's the people around you who grasp you at the throat and don't want you to overstep some preset boundaries."

The internalized homophobia is real in this one. Poor Zak seems to fall for a man who can't even think the word gay. >_<
