Status Updates From The Sun-Room

I think of art as anything that makes you feel. And let me say, when not even a few pages into a book you're overcome with hot anger, it's bound to unravel you. The second entry left me in tears within one page. Here's to the rest.

"I want to wear a graduation gown. I want the stupid hat and cape and smile, all pretty in a dress and wedge heels. I want to wear the old version of myself, except that she’s not old, she’s shiny and hopeful."

This book is killing me, I have never seen so seen in my life.

"This is not my life. This can't be my life. I don't want this to be my life."
