Honestly, I don't get it. She finds out--spoiler--that the whole thing more or less started out as him using her, but she forgives her that like it's nothing. Not sure I could ever trust that he was being genuine. Plus, he sleeps with her, twice, then plans to abandon her. Why?

well, did you ever.... a quirky unexpected twist in the plot- quite a clever anding- all in all maybe not my all-time favourite but a good read. Some of the dialogues are really witty and funny. She is a master of creating atmosphere by giving really spot- on descriptions.

dark, unsettling, she creates a weird but authentic feeling. I love the detailed description of situations, the humorous bits (everytime the neighbour is involved). I don´t quite know what to make of the whole package yet. maybe 3,maybe 5 stars- I keep reading. Tonight I´ll know for definite.
