Status Updates From She Drinks the Light

Im pausing the book….I for some reason simply cannot get into the plot. My brain is failing me 🥲. Hopefully if I start another book I can get my brain on track.

The main character Addae is what I would assume a recent high school graduate. She follows the life of craft which is lead by her grandmother Na Na Ama. I must say this book is taking me a while to get into. I think the writing is not to my liking however the story line itself is starting out pretty good.
