im remembering back when we first met boldem he pulls the "i can sense lies" card but. nsiria hadn't lied, unless we're counting lies by omission? i thought that was a mistake or something but maybe it was clever foreshadowing, actually. anyway, i knew tin was blessed, and i knew nsiria would get more than one. this is fun!!

aside from the comically evil father and that elara is definitely still alive (because of the synopsis) this was an interesting chapter. got some eagle-blessed bros

i swear i’m always alternating between reading 2 books but we move

im liking the Order stuff a lot more and i wish we'd gotten to it sooner

okay THAT was (overall) a very good chapter. i think we needed that scene to happen sooner.

this reads like middle grade. i think it would be better as middle grade. but also in general this needed more time and revision - very much reads like a novice writer regardless of demographic.

the prose is okay but most of the dialogue is Bad. i liked this flashback-dream though, interesting. and when i say most of the dialogue know that "in my dolence and drows my eeness" is the exception. thats hilarious.
