As I reach the half-way point on this book, I just have to say....it has been RELENTLESS.

It is common to see praise for books with a meticulous build-up, a slow burn that takes a while to get going but then all hell breaks loose. In Genital Rot, hell breaks loose constantly. Hell doesn't stop breaking loose. There is zero subtlety or subtext, just brutal extreme horror and I am here for it!
