Why do I find it so refreshing hearing a man talk about struggling with body issues and worried about getting fat? I think it’s the first time I’ve heard a male reality star talk about binging & purging.

TBH, enjoying this way more than I thought. Does anyone have a photo of Carl with “hockey hair”?

I love Carl. He is not a good story teller. I think he has so much to say, but this book is not conveying that message properly (so far).
