This was a great reading session. The life-blood of sales is asking good questions, listening well, and having the courage, compassion, competence to present your solution to solve their problems.

I'm glad to be reading this book. It feels very timely.

This is definitely a book I'll keep handy over my sales and leadership career. I like that it has summaries at the end of each chapter.

I appreciate the focus on *integrity* and *competence* and *service* in this book's philosophy of the sales profession.

Ziglar, as a Christian family man, has a more "based" take on selling than many of the "Johnny come lately"s.

I listened to this over a decade ago. In April, I re-listened to it on Spotify Premium, and I am now going to read it as I prepare to get back into the sales profession after my Army service.
