Status Updates From Ceremony

The right person makes the timing right. Indecision is a decision, and that decision is no.
Love is not hard. Attachment is hard, and grief is hard, and expectations are hard. Unconscious fears are hard, and old traumas are hard. Losing a sense of security is hard. Exiting your comfort zone is hard. Facing the world alone when you thought you'd have someone to rely on is hard.

It's time to forgive yourself for the things that you did when you didn't know better, for the choices you made when you did not realize there were any other options, for the person you were when you did not yet know who to be.

Today your life begins, because you are no longer waiting until it is perfect before you begin to participate.

What if there is a path for you that is greater than what you can envision? What if there is a life for you that is more than you would even know to ask for? What if you are inherently and unknowingly limited by your old perspectives, your outdated ideas of what is possible?
What if all the discomfort within your being is simply trying to redirect you to a place beyond anything you've considered before?

The healing is howyou gradually allowyour soul to drip into your days again. It is how you show up more fully now that thedebris is cleared, and the roads are unblocked, and your life is once again renewed and refreshed and freed. It was never about whether or notyou had the courage to light fire towhat was, it was whether or not you were willing to plant a seed in its place, and to grow what was always meant to be.

The healing is not the destruction. It is not the day you know it is finally time to uproot your life. It is not the moment you tell someone they are no longer welcome, it is not the hours you spend decluttering, it is not the minute you walk away.
